1. Do I have to pay online? No, we do not take any payments online. You pay either when you collect your order or when it is delivered.

2. Why do I have to register? We ask you to register so that i) we have your delivery address if and when required ii) you can take advantage of new features such as the ability to save orders etc.

3. My Takeaway is not on the list? If you cannot find your particular takeaway then please email us at info@takeawaymenu.com with details of the venue and we will contact them. In the meantime, please try an alternative venue.

4. Can I choose the specials and ‘Meal Deals’ from my Takeaway? Yes – Our system supports all the choices available from your desired takeaway.

5. Will my meal cost any more? No, there is no additional cost to you when you order through this system.

6. What if the takeaway is closed or doesn’t deliver? The system will automatically work out what restaurants are open for delivery and collection based on your time and post code etc. You will then be shown the ones that meet your criteria. This list will vary at different times of the day and with different post codes etc.

7. Can I leave feedback or comments? At this time, there is no online feedback mechanism but we welcome any comments, good or bad. Please email them to info@takeawaymenu.com
